6 foot 135 gallon tank.
Just saw it at the lfs. It's basically a 75 gallon tank extended two more feet.
It looked beautiful!
Now the hard parts.
I always remember being told that a 75 was the maximum size tank you could get before crawl space flooring issues became a potential problem.
Our 75 is placed over multiple joists and running perpendicular to them.
If I did the same thing with the 6' long 135, is that still the same OK situation?
It is 6' long. But only 135 gallons. Is it really big enough for a blue hippo tang that starts out in tank life as less than a 2" fish?
