Hey everyone does anyone know where to find something I can clean a tank thats five feet tall? The tank is also acrylic, hanks in advance!

I opened this thread expecting to see a monster ATS.. lol..

maybe a magnetic is your best bet? how thick is the acrylic?

tank is one inch acrylic and, got a magnet but doesn't help with the coralline. might magnet is good for diatoms but not the calcifying algae

oh, then you need a scraper not a scrubber.. look for some long handled soft plastic scrapers.. unfortunately I think you're going to end up wet one way or another.. but if you run your magnet over the tank daily and keep the algae off the clear walls, it shouldn't be a problem..

i think im going to use 1/2 PVC and rig up an acrylic safe scraper if one exists

home depot or walmart has what your looking for with a handle that extends, I had seen one with a razor blade that was 6 in across, maybe you could swap the razor out for something that would be safe for your tank. I heard if you grow a mullet and wear a flannel with the sleeves cut out your engineering skills will improve
