, ive lost many fish,ive tried the 6 weeks, didnt work tried garlic didnt work and ive wound up loosing every saltwater fish ive ever owned

Because garlic doesn't cure disease.

If a sick fish was in your tank then your tank will transmit disease to your new fish unless you leave it without fish for 76 days.

There is no such thing as a reef safe medication for ich or velvet that will cure.
