That's unfortunate, I've heard a similar story, possibly bring it to the vendor feedback forum and let them try to either defend the situation or rectify it

You're right. If you just look at the small pic on a phone or iPad it looks like a favia but when you blow it up you can see that it's not. I love the colors.
