60 Cube MP10 Settings Apex

Hello,

I have a 60 cube with 2 MP10's basically across from each other. Aquascape is basically all central building up towards the top. I am controlling the MP10's wirelessly via apex. I am looking for suggestions on settings to schedule (mode, time of day, intensity %, sync or anti sync). Thanks!
