Hi, I'm currently piecing together my first tank and have a few questions.

First, I ordered a eshopps prodigy m overflow and a sicce syncra sdc 3.0 return pump. Doing a DIY 20 gallon sump. Looking to place an order this week for plumbing, will 1" pvc work for all the plumbing? I see some people use different diameters too/from the tank.

Also, will a aquamaxx prism II light be fine for just softies and maybe a few LPS corals? Was also thinking about the Ai prime 16

1" is probably overkill for the returns (I have 3/4" on my 200-gallon system).

Yeah, that's probably plenty. I think my overflow pipes are 1.25" or 1.5" and the two returns are 3/4" each.
