Looking at getting a 60 gallon tank and setting ut up as a fowlr tank. One of the fish i wsnt is a harlequin wrasse. What other fish can i put with that. Id like to have a pair of maron clowns ir tomato clowns.

A tusk? Those get a bit large for a 60 gallon.

How large
6-9" and at least a 125 gallon recommended.
MANY options out there for a FOWLER tank with color such as fire fish gobies, Anthias, clowns (yes), dwarf angels and certain tangs ( Research as some tangs too get very large)

What about maron clowns or tomato clowns?
Yes, but Do note- These are both the nastiest of clowns in the hobby especially marrons which will try hard to take your hands off during maintenance ( not that they are capable. . LOL )

How many types od flasher wrasses could i put in there and could i put a dotty back in thetr with them as well as a tail spot bleeny and a stary eyed bleeny

You have many options, your best bet is to do research on both tank size requirement and compatibility of fish. Many sites like LA and others are good starting places to get info on both of those, but the most important thing is to properly research any fish before getting them and make sure they can thrive in your tank.

Good luck!

Personally I love Dottybacks! I have a Splendid and a Neon in my 200 gallon and they get along great! I have another 45 gallon I am starting up and will probably be putting in an Electric Indigo. They do get pretty territorial, but I had both my Splendid and Neon in the same 10 gallon QT and they didn't kill each other. They definitely love the 200 gallon better, but I probably wouldn't put more than 2 in the same tank. They may seem peaceful, but I have seen my 3" Splendid Dottyback take food out of my 6" Harlequin Tusks mouth and run for the rocks. One of the best smaller fish to keep IMO.

I decided to go with a 40 breeder with a neptune return pump and tunze power heads. Ive been thinking about using eshopps skimmer and sump but i want a dual drain sump not single drain. Im going to drill it and hard plumb the return line and drains. A main, secondary and emergency drain. The pictures are not of my tank but thats what im shooting for
