This is a bit of an update I've added/removed/tweaked some things.

First I'll start with my Radions, I purchased the xr30g2 model and I love it.
I have also put the marineland reef bright LEDs on my refugium as you can see on the bottom.
This is a comparison from marinelands to Radions

I have them in a four week acclimation stage so they're only at about 35% highly recommend these, great controllability well worth the price.

Next is an update on my sump,

I'm getting great growth on a plant that was given to me (unsure of the name) and the cheto is still the same size as it was when I put it in. I'm getting some coraline growth, but I am unsure if I'm supposed to clean in there every now and then, if anyone recommends it please let me know.

I created an eggcrate table with PVC legs to hold my skimmer above the water a bit and added an elbow to reduce noise, salt buildup and evaporation. This is my parameters I need to buy an alkalinity test kit and magnesium. I haven't been dosing anything yet but will be soon.
