The 2 bulb channel flashes 2x then shuts off. If I unplug it and plug it back in it does the same. I've swapped bulbs that I know work, and tried twisting them with the fixture plugged in. Nothing brings them back on.

I just want to make sure I'm not over looking something simple before I order new ballasts.

Thanks for any input.

Mine used to do this on my TekLight and I found it was a wiring issue.. I had a loose wire at the end cap and I had to finagle with the bulbs 1 by 1 until I found out which endcap had the issue.. Just a thought..

Thanks for the response, BeastMode335i.

I think you may be right. The fans on this PM also weren't working. While trouble shooting those I pulled all the sockets and made sure I had secure contacts. Really, not sure what happened but when I buttoned it all up the problem was solved. I hope it was just a loose wire at one of those points and not at the ballast that just happened to come back in contact when I was moving things around.

Good to know though! Would have been a bummer to order a ballast just to find it was a loose wire.

Glad to hear! Yeah those endcaps can be finicky so it's good to check those first.. The wires were just sitting in the sockets on mine, not soldered, glued, etc so it's no wonder they came loose.. I pushed them in as far as I could and didn't have that issue anymore haha..
