7.5 gallon established tank bacteria bloom

Looking for help with my 7.5 gallon reef. Iv had it up and running for a year and half. After a water change I got a bacteria bloom that has last over a month now. My 2 clowns are fine and all coral still opens. I’m looking for options on how to clear up the water. Would anyone recommend a 80-90% water change ?
