Love how it is coming! are you taking live rock from the nanocube?
They look great! Can't wait to see them grow out. Are you going to leave them on the sand or move them to the rock after they acclimate?
Thanks! The plan right now is to leave them on the sand. For a couple reasons. One, I think it would look cool to have the bottom covered in chalices. Two, I am afraid the light would be too strong if I move them up on the rocks. I would hate to loose the vibrant colors.
Sweet little nano bro! I love nano tanks, I have a 30 gal. myself.

Yes indeed, that is going to be a nice 30 G tank indeed. I run a 20 High, and will be changing over to a 20 long with a sump in the next week or two ..
Thanks, Alberthiel and Zach. I have always loved nanos and picos. One of my favorites that I have had was my 2.5g that I ran for 3 years. Wish I still had that tank. I'll check out you guys tanks.
Just finished making the hood and light hanger. I am pretty happy with the way that it turned out. I just need to veneer the hood. I am going to get some sweet looking burl veneer to cover it with. Next step is to get some live sand and live rock then the water will come!
Let me know what you think and any suggestions you might have.
Looking good .. are you venting the hood in plenty of areas so the heat can escape? You may want to put small fans on the sides of the hood to really force the hot air out and get the heatsinks to cool down and draw heat away from the LED's as heat is what can affect them the most, together with plastic capacitors on the circuits rather than ceramic ones which will last a lot longer ...
