They are ran at about 1/2. They are not dimmable. The only way to dim them is in the actual power supply. There 2 heat sinks. 1 on each side of the center brace with 36 leds on each side. I have seen more growth with the leds than I did when I ran halides and T5's. Never tested par but I think I heard somewhere that using a par meter with leds will give false readings. I could be wrong though.
How long have your leds been on your tank and do you plain on ever going 100% with them?

I bought the tank and it came with it. He used it for 2 years and I have been using it for almost a year now. The only way to turn up the leds is to turn up the power supply. That would put more amps to the drivers and LEDs so I have tried not to do that cause some of the LEDs are starting to go out. When I bought the tank he didn't have much coral and just suffered a tank crash. So he didn't really have much input on if the LEDs grew and I didn't know much about LEDs so I had no clue if they would. I started looking for a 48in halide/T5 fixture. I couldn't find one fast enough so I put the LEDs over it and they have not came down since. I plan on replacing them soon after a couple more go. I am 100% happy with mine. I attached some pictures to give you a idea of what I have.
