I need some fish suggestions for my tank. I need some more movement

I'm assuming it is a 4' wide bowfront, but please let me know if its not. If you have a completely closed top, you have some options with smaller Wrasses, i.e. Possum, Flasher, Leopard, smaller Fairy & smaller Halichoeres. You need sand for Leopards and/or Halichoeres to sleep at night. Other options would be smaller Dwarf Angels (Flame, Potter's, Multicolor, Coral Beauty, etc), Blennies (plenty to chose from, I prefer the Ecsenius genus, especially the Midas Blenny), & Clownfish off the top of my head.

Gobies, some anthias do research on sizes, no tangs but maybe a kole tang, and I second previous nominations

Agreed on above choices and would add assessors, grammas, basslets from the Genus Liopropoma, dartfish, andblennies from the Genus Meiacanthus.

I thought about Assessors, Grammas, Basslets, & Dartfish, but I didn't feel they would be active enough for the OP. I have had all except Basslets, and none are all that active. Best case is my Helfrichi Firefish that hangs out in the open all day. Could be my individual fish though.

The only genus I listed that would even be a remote concern to bother a shrimp would be a Halichoeres. But really that would only be if you introduced a new one during the daytime, and it thought you were feeding it. I have an H. melanurus happily living with a Blood Red Shrimp as we speak

Me too, I have a green Coris, melanurus, Xmas, Timor, and 2 yellows living nicely with a blood, 2 cleaners, 2 peppermint, 2 yellow coral bandit shrimp, and a Harlequin.

Can't add shrimp with lights on though.

Yes, they are 100% a non threat (except maybe to a tiny Sexy Shrimp!).

Fwiw I have a 72 bowfront and my stock list is as follows:
Foxface rabbitfish
Pair of ocellaris clownfish
Midas blenny
Royal gramma
Labouti fairy wrasse
Orange back fairy wrasse
Pair of skunk cleaner shrimp
I plan on adding 2-3 more cirrhilabrus, a leopard wrasse and a jawfish. The midas and cirrhilabrus are always out in the open and add great color and movement to the tank, but if considering fairys make sure to have a tight fitting lid. Also, some of the bristle tooth tangs might be able to fit the bill as well.
