Each sohal is different it all depends on the fish mine is 8" he is with 15 tangs and with a clown tang all get a long just fine

It will, have you tried digging out a place in the sand for it to attach to the glass? That's how I got mine to stick and stay.

Dark blue carpet does not look good. Should have gone with my gut. Impulse buys rarely end well. Grrr. I have it in a basket hoping for a miracle but prepping for the worst. The other blue is good since I purchased it from sea in the city. I tried digging the hole in the sand like TJ recommended but it looked bad and decided to put it in the floating basket in case it dies.

We got a PBT, blonde Naso, 3 yellow tangs, purple, 2 pacific blues and a chevron. Am I missing anyone? Pending a black, Achilles and one to be determined. Suggestions?

I had an opportunity to visit my buddy and see this tank on Sunday. The photos truly do not do the tank justice. The aquascape is awesome and makes such great use of the height of the tank. Fish selection is on point and they look so natural in the system. Definitely an impressive build.
