added fox face, purple tang, flame angel ive been waiting on. Lfs does 9 week quarantine cycle.

my tomini tang hated the flame angel so i had to quickly diy an acclimation box. First ive had aggression.

blue hippo tang went into hiding hope he/she comes back out soon

And now i have anxiety that everything in the little biology experiment will be fine.

Little blue hippo is back out, though being his cautious anxiety ridden self( much like myself)

i think itll be fine. Much more stressful adding fish than coral imo

green slimer base is on the move. Fish are all getting alone. Tomini still in jail. Any ideas on how long to keep him incarcerated?

Unfortunately it may only get worse rather than better as they mature. More rock work and swim holes will help. They need to be able to visually separate themselves in the tank to be able to avoid some aggression

Home before 8 gave it a solid shot. Its 26 degrees which put a damper on things a bit. Got alot of the crawl conpleted.

Blue hippo is choosing to be afraid today

Caught the whole squad turned on the overhead lights so the fish show up. Running only blues right now. The tank is very windexy.

considering trialing letting out the tomini tang tonight . Hes been in jail a couple of days

I released the tomini, it started to be aggressive towards the flame angel again.

the purple tang seems to be keeping the tomini in check. And the purple tang has no beef with anyone else.

monitoring hopefully the tomini stays scared otherwise I’ll probably re home it or banish him to my crowded sump.

Make sure to keep a constant supply of nori in there. Food aggression or even the idea of food aggression (protecting resources) can be part of it.

The flame angel is much better at running and as the tomini settles in on feeding he seems less aggressive.

been watching for the past 15 theres only been a few spirited chases.

This morning, checking. No aggression. Quick Acclimation box to reset the mentals of the Tomini and let the purple tang put it in its place
