Refilled dosers with nitrate and phosphate and upped dosage

I have 1 floating, 1 fuge, 1 in this jar with substrate

Took least healthy for the jar to see how it does. Potting soil does float lol. @sfin52

Wasn't sure which I had in old pots. Heard they grow faster in brackish going to slowly move towards brackish.

Once you go brackish you have to go real slow to bring them back to salt. Also red mangroves don't need misted as much. (I do it about every morning). Thier root system filters out salt. For this process strong lights are needed.
Fw is a great way to save mangroves. It's not as taxing on them to filter the salt.

Are you sure you used potting soil and not a mix.

I may have used top soil like substrate. It didn't have any bark, moss, or peat. It was just soil. I believe the bag said potting soil.

Yeah I just used what was in my bonsai pots lol heavy peat is my guess floating . Excited to see how it does.

I got the idea from you and inappropriate reefer to do this and test why not
