I think this is how I'll mount the lights. Other arms are too long. Maybe I'll drill a hole in there for bolts instead of hanging them from higher.

Ok, I can picture this...:rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:;)

Thinking just drill a hole for bolt mount the bar strip. vs these dangly bits.

Will wait till the light bar comes.
ya; I'd mount to wall.
looking good!

Water hold test all day today. Passed so far. 8 inch height. Wasn't worried much lol.

Spent probably an hour figuring out why the KHG wasn't pulling water into sample testing cup...

Figured it out with some help. Clogged line.

Thoughts on plumbing.

Running at an angle right out of the tank?

Trying to conserve space and make the runs really short . Gotta reach my main display gate.

Ask over at Fishy's ...;):)

looking sweet! Like the inwards facing gate valve idea.
I dont glue together my drain lines. I just put a wrap of the plumbing tape in then compression fit.

I'd try to find a 3/4" 3/4" 1" T and just tie the two macro tank drains together and T-them into your display tank main drain under the gate valve.

You'll just want your DT secondary drain to put its back into it.

As a runner what is a good anti dehydration quick fix/power? Diving this weekend and it's supposed to be 90. I sometimes have cramping issues and other than drinking lots of water was looking for supplement. Have poweraid also bc I like the flavor better then G.

Pickle juice.

Uhhh we use nuun if you don't like sugar.

Skratch is good

Maurten is good

Basically salt drinks that taste good

Key to cramps / dehydration is it's all preventative. Once you have symptoms you already are outta luck. Mostly.

Hawtttt first run started. Tinkering

Diving all week sounds awesome where at
Just next weekend at white star quarry in gibsonburg. Southeast of toledo. Camping sat night. Normally it's not an issue but with the heat and the "primitive" diving aka lugging gear myself, I want to be sure I don't run into iasues.

That's the only way to camp as far as I'm concerned :)
