Today thanks to a good eye by @F i s h y I was able to rehome Banana the Yellow Coris. Super happy.

Also picked up a Kenya and bounce mushroom.

Broke up a single boulder from the sump and put in display fuge for some rock, moved over a sunkist and a nepthea frag I've had for awhile. Waiting to see if the Kenya is a pink nepthea or not vs a Kenya. Its more pineapply.

Super happy. Just waiting on Algae and Mud now.

Cables TBD. LOL

Thanks for the clarification Jason.

I saw when you got the banana Nate, and then thought Jason’s “eye” noticed something to make you rehome it. Your further explanation made me think that you had to tear something down. Let’s try to make more sense next time.

TLDR versions- More issues slowing down transfer, about to ditch the tank for skeletons.

It’s a bitter subject at the moment. I think I may have purchased a bad gate valve. For over $60, I’m not at all pleased, in fact I’m pretty aggravated. The cheaper versions don’t go past 3/4 inch and I needed one inch. So I bit the bullet and bought the expensive one. Now I can’t get it to open and close. I’ve called in reinforcements to see if we can get it to function. If not, I’ll have to ask for premium aquatics to send me a replacement.

As we have now entered August, my brain starts to shift to Halloween crunch. This tank doesn’t have much longer, before I change my focus. I hope to get it at least to place I’m happy with before then.

Banana and inspector the red coris both out and both food eating. Everyone is out. The more fish the more calm the pack is.

Still feel the need to add a couple more anthias and another final powder tang or something.

Nap time 18miles completed.
