omg I dunno what I'd do with such convenient space to my tank.
My goal is make a much larger L shaped tank that goes back into that utility room through the wall.

I’d be tempted to plumb my ATO reservoir in there; and probably a frag/ holding tank. A water station. Dunno

You mean like this water station.

ATO for a refill, ATO to tank through wall. Circulator power head in top, add kalkwasser weekly.

Disconnect to fill hose to auto siphon for a drain on tank. Reconnect and turn on pump from bottom bin to refill.

Cables need managed on this side. But so much more manageable.

And we are done, minus some tidying of the cables with zip ties.

All but 3 would make it . Kept one small bar under the display fuge. Might eventually mount underneath off ground.

Thanks to @Projects with Sam those mounts for the rail system saved so much headache.

Feels amazing to be away from the before pictures included.

it was on the stand right above the sump , zip tied, never had a chance to fall in, but now its looking good

I was not getting away from the family for a weekend... I did get a maybe we'll go next year from the wife though!
