Hey guys. I have been doing alot of reading and im buying a 75 gal bow front tank soon and will be setting it up roughly how much live rock do you think i will need also how many power heads as well. I did some hunting around but cant ever seem to find a solid answer. People have told me bow fronts are a little tough because its hard to get good water/wave movement cause of the way it bows out. is that true?

flow shouldn't be a problem. the powerheads depend on what corals, if any your planning on. two Jeboa 25's should be enough for most coral. the problem with bowfronts in the sides are narrow and fitting a cover is harder to do. the amounts of rock is up to you. I have 150lbs. in my 120 gal and could add more but I'm happy with it. have enough for the fish to each have a place to hide.

I always thought that a bow front would circulate better just cause of the bow, but I may be wrong.
For the live rock, I'd put in at least 1-2lbs for every gallon and sand 1-2" inches of sand
