And now the tortuous waiting period commences.

:p

Oh yes it took about 6 months for me to get to this point but happy that a took my time to get the stuff for a good aquarium

Nice and I bet it feels good. I am doing a 75g right now as well, build is in sps forum, and I can't wait to get it cycling. Im still a few months away though. Looks like you will need to make a stand for your skimmer, a little deep for it. Looks like a 29g used for the sump. Take your time, I know the wait sucks but the longer you can let things just be with no live stock the better. I plan to wait 3 months before adding even my first fish, 45 days before any light at all gets to the tank. I will cycle, add cuc, chaeto, and pods after 30 days then just let it simmer. That said I would turn off your lights and just let it go, test the water and do water changes, seed the tank with any good critters and bacteria you can.

Yeah it’s a 29 for the sump. Going to have a piece of established media from a friend to put the skimmer on to raise the height. I appreciate all the great info. I too am going with sps in my tank. But I know patience is key
