75 gallon first legit tank

Hmmmmm maybe. Lol. I tested 2 times a day after the 2nd day. Keep feeding and testing this week add some cuc. Time will tell.

It's possible with you cycling your rock for 3 weeks though. You gained alot from that.

I agree he would gain from the rock but unless he used. Straight premixed water there would be some nutrients right ?

I should have tested sooner but I guess it's possible plus I left a hob filter with a sponge in it for a while then moved that to my sump also so I guess I really had a good jump start but I assume there would still be nitrate

Yah I had to do some water changes to get my trates down a bit they were around 60 when my trites went to 0. There still about 10.

ok so everything is testing ok PH 8.0 Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 5. So I guess I will test my alk and calcium tomorrow before I start moving a few things over. What do yall thing would be the first stuff to move. I have zoa's, paly's, toadstool, ricordea, blue spotted mushroom, toadstool leather, candy canes, lobo brains, scoly, couple hammers, aleveopora, pulsing xenia may get rid of I don't want them taking over later, favia, and a chalice. Also gonna move my green chromis over first... if I can catch the turd.

yeah I fragged the heck out of it about a month ago so I have about 9 green toadstool frags lol. The LFS wants them after they start stemming and growing vertically some $$ not much but hey maybe enough to buy some more salt lol

nah I would loose my girlfriend If I did that lol I already have a 115gallon planted fresh, this 75, and a 29 gallon reef lol

lol nah I would do it right and keep the light off the 29 and get a 40 breeder... more area and still shallow, makes sence in my mind. That or else troll craigslist for a deal
