75 gallon FO tank Fluval 307 or 407

Hello,

Our FO 75 gallon tank will be in our main living area.

I have a Seachem Tidal 110 but I plan to return it because it is very loud (it has a very loud motor and the water splashing kind of gets to me).

Instead I was planning to buy a Fluval 307, but the more I read, it seems I should get the 407.

Can someone let me know which I should get please?

I searched the forums, but most postings seems to be regarding reef tanks not FO tanks, sorry though if I am repeating this.

I would probably get a Fluval 3168 (not a canister filter).

Thank you, I ended up getting the 407 because it was available locally, thanks for the help though
