75 gallon on second floor

Okay I know this isnt the right group. I guess I'm showing off my 75 gallon too. But I live on second floor above a double door garage. Down stairs my landlord said theres 2 by 10 joist an a steal beam running across from right to left of the fish tank an it is the next size up that the gauge should have. Also the 2 by 10s are 10 feet long. So my 75 gallon is pretty much resting the steal beam because I had a leak from a smaller tank that was there an I seen what direction joist are going. Well I notice the wall sheetrock separating from ceiling sheetrock. I dont know if that was there. Kinda nervous right now.

Light weight! Your tank is not the issue with the sheetrock separating. I've never seen a 75 cause a problem with weight. I had a friend have a 180 on a porch enclosure that had 1 x 6 beams. I store 50 gallons of water on a 1 x 4 shelf with supports separated by three feet. Again, a 75 gallon tank is not a concern on any construction framing.
