75 gallon reef tank

If you sent it last night, you are still going to wait until noon to 4 pm. I would be shocked if any sooner. They also have a facebook if you don't get a reply today.

I am also sickened by the vendors selling long stem toadstools as weeping willows. I want a true Japanese weeping willow. Not an imitation.
I sent one yesterday afternoon and then an update this morning.

They responded. They're crediting my account for the Splatter Hammer. They've been a super great company so far from what I've experienced. Their prices are decent and all 3 of my single head euphyllia had 2 mouths already if not two fully split heads. The Stylo is fully encrusted too, which is nice!

Ok, so an update - pretty sure both mushrooms were fragged wrong (cut off the rock and too much foot was removed) so their guts are spilling out the bottom... Not looking good. The BJD hammer completely melted overnight last night and the torch (even though I dipped) has BJD - very slight. I dipped again today in both Reef Primer and then H2O2. I think all of the BJD is gone but it's pretty deflated. I redipped the healthy looking hammer again just in case. Alveopora is looking ok, monti and Stylo are looking ok. Algae Blenny was looking good.

Didn't get a pic of the hammer because it's closed after I made it mad. Alve skin is more purple than it looks in the picture. Algae blenny refused a picture.

Did they ever get back to you?
Yep. They credited my account. I'm not sure what they credited it yet. TSA gives credit in the form of the frag, but some give store credit for anything. I have to enter the code and it'll show up as a credit in my cart so I'm guessing it's likely a discount code.

Hoping your torch makes it. Well all of them really.
One shroom "might" but the other one probably won't. The torch is yet to be determined. I'm probably doing another Reef Primer and H2O2 dip today. My wife bought some Iodine for the dog but I think it's the wrong kind. I need to check. I might have to get some Lugol's.

Its stressful dealing with shipped coral sometimes.
It's crazy! This is the first shipment that I've received that really had anything wrong. I've had bad luck with acros, but that's pretty much guaranteed to be my tank. They usually RTN or STN over the course of 2 or 3 weeks. I've never had anything show up looking obviously sick before even with one shipment being delayed for a day (two Montis we're bleached - 1 came back).

That makes me feel relieved I didn't buy anything. I'm sorry though :( reef chasers does deal with wild coral.

Makes sense. It almost looked like they got a colony of mushrooms, cut the mushroom off, out it on a plug and shipped it without allowing it to heal. Same with the torch and hammers.

I know a guy who has had a couple of wild colonies now. I think they are a month or 2 old in captivity? I may buy one.

Wild torches are beautiful! I forget how long they're supposed to be in a tank before they're considered "safe". I think it's different for different corals. I know Gonis they say six months is usually the goal. At that point they're pretty much considered safe.

1 year on goniopora.

Torches, I don't know. I just know they don't make it 1 month with me. I had my aussie for over a year, but something happened. It got bjd and I couldn't save it. I think my clown was messing with it, just like it did with my pink tip octo. She is probably killing them at night when I am asleep.

Well, the lights aren't on yet but the remaining hammer is looking healthy and gorgeous! The mushrooms both melted overnight and the torch is still hanging in there but there's still a little more BJD this morning.
