As of next moth I will be setting up a 75 gallon reef tank... I'll be transferring my livestock from the 30 gallon I own now! I currently have 3 wrasses, 2 clowns and 3 chromis and wanted to add some tangs and 3 Lyretail anthias, I was thinking a sailfin tang, yellow tang and Naso or clown tang, could this work in a 75 gallon?

I don't think any of those tangs would work well in a 75g let alone all three of them together. I vote for "bad idea".

I'm really not sure. I'm pretty sure some sites say a minimum tank of 70G for them, but I really don't know. You may get better responses if the subject of your thread said something about stocking for a 75G.

No. Those tangs get much too big. Consider kole eye or tomini tangs for your tank size. And a single Anthias would do much better due to their need to eat frequently and compition between them. Aggression can be a big problem between anthias too since they have a pecking order much like freshwater cichlids.

8 fish in a 30 gallon? I have 6 and I thought I was overstocked by 5%. What kind of wrasses do you have in the 30?
