will this work also any suggestions?

2x o.clown
1x rainford goby
1x diamond goby
1x shrimp/goby pair
1x tomini tang
1x starry blenny
1x midas blenny
1x sixline wrasse
1x yellow coris wrasse
1x some type of flasher wrasse
2x skunk cleaner shrimp
1x blood red shrimp
1x flame angel
2x blue stare leopard wrasse
2c psychedelic mandarin

is that to many fish for a 75.
also i know that sixlines are little buggers
if you have any suggestions let me know.

I don't think that's too much, most of the fish are generally smaller so I wouldn't worry about it. Tank is however a little small for leopard wrasses.

oh ok thanks any suggestion for what to replace the leopard wrasse with?

also how long would i be able to keep a kleins butterfly if i get it when its baby?

My opinions -

2x o.clown - good Choice
1x rainford goby - get a captive bred and add once you have algae and microfauna in the tank
1x diamond goby - add after the tank matures, may be hard to keep two sand sifters in a tank this size
1x shrimp/goby pair - good choice
1x tomini tang - ok choice, add last, may get aggressive
1x starry blenny - May see some aggression with tang and Midas blenny, consider getting just Midas or starry
1x midas blenny - see above
1x sixline wrasse - skip, too much risk of aggression
1x yellow coris wrasse - good choice
1x some type of flasher wrasse - good choice
2x skunk cleaner shrimp
1x blood red shrimp
1x flame angel - add second to last, May nip coral, may be aggressive
2x blue stare leopard wrasse - as others have said, these wrasses can be hard. I would get only one individual of any species of leopard wrasse. If you want 2 leopards get two different species. Melanarus and red lined wrasse are easier to care for.
2c psychedelic mandarin - don’t get mandarins with all those wrasses, they need pods to survive and the wrasses will outcompete them. I would pick the wrasses if I were you. You could do the smaller ruby scooter blenny but even then I would be wary with all those wrasses. If you want mandarins my advice is skip all wrasses except for fairy and Flashers

don’t get orange spotted filefish theyonly eat coral and are among the very hardest fish to keep alive even if you get them to eat frozen food they need to be fed many many times a day.

it is a lot of fish,go slow, watch for aggression and test to nitrates and phosphates to see how your bio filter and nutrient export methods keep up, but it can be done.Fewer fish would give you more room for error

Great advice here ^^^ my starry blenny can be a real pill sometimes. Darn near killed my pink spot goby in QT. Here's an interesting fish if you like a splash of blue, Sapphire Damsels. Very peaceful. Get to be about 2-2 1/2"

I'd skip the sixline. They can become big time punks especially with your other wrasses. The yellow wrasse may eat your shrimp. Juvenile yellow wrasse's will be okay with shrimp but, when it becomes an adult, know that your shrimp may get eaten.

Fire fish rarely pair - and often kill each other so I’d recommend one firefish or any species in a 75. You could do a group of scissortail dartfish or fang blennies for a similarly small peaceful fish if you want a pair or group dynamic
