Thanks, That thing grows like a weed. I keep moving it and it grows too big and starts growing on the rocks so I have to break it off and move it. If you look in the one pic to the left of the urchin, you can see a piece of it on the rock where I moved it from. That red cap it starting to get big also. I can't frag the sunset so I am going to stick a frag plug at the end and let it grow onto it.

That thing was huge when I got it. I got both of those clams off of Buck50bmg(Pat) close to a year ago. Actually 90% of the corals in my tank are from him and other guys in this forum like Raynist(Ray), vr69getta(Roland), Tswifty(TJ), Stray32(Jared), Cloakerpoked(Nate). Hell when I first got started, and thought of lfs in the area, I always listed Ray and Pats tanks as the best place to get corals...

I am only having one issue with my tank at the moment. I have zoa pox on the colony to the left of the clam in the last picture. I can't pull the rock out to treat with anything so I am trying to up the Vit c dosing and see if that helps.

Thanks Paul!!

I got a lot of my nicest stuff from Ray's tank. Never seen anything but pics of Pat's, but everything I see looks top notch.

As soon as I upgrade I'll be heading down to Pat's for more frags. I was just looking through and saw at least 10 or 12 I wanted. I think I am going to go the used route for the upgrade. I just can't see spending a $1000 on a new tank right now just to get 6 more inches of width and going with a 36" width of front to back would just be too much for the room it's in. I have a guy talked down from $600 to $300 for a 225 gallon...shhhh don't tell the wife. I'll let her know when I pull up to the house and tell her to hold open the front door.:xd:

tanks looking great wish i had enough money to stock mine with that much coral lol.

I found some old pics of the tank and coral. Some of the pics are uuuugly and you can see how far the tank has come and how much a couple of the coral have grown.

This is when it was FOWLR. My nitrates where 190+!! I had no idea what the phosphates where, maybe 50 or 60...lol

Nice shots Pat. First thing I noticed... no algae! LOL

I have 1 more week of Microbacter7 before I start up the Vodka. How big is that clam in there btw?

I get little bits of hair here and there but the fish and cuc usually mow it down before it gets going. I have the one urchin in there and he goes back and forth all day long. You will definitely like the results you get when you start dosing vodka. The clam is around 10". I definitely want some more clams when I upgrade.

Figured I would put a few updated pics in of my 75 for the RKL contest and before I tear it down. I'll be starting a new thread for my 220 build. These were taken with my BlackBerry. Please excuse the glass and my ghetto pvc pipe frag racks sticking out of the sand. Since I will be taking it down, I really haven't put much effort into scraping the glass or building a frag rack that I would end up pitching when I upgrade.

I have two little frag racks on the sides behind the Koralia's but you can't see through the side do to my lazy butt not scraping. I have about 3 frags on each of those. The last of the pics:

Behind the slimer to the left in the 2nd to last picture, is that the Miami Orchid you got from me?all bleached out? If so, it looks great and I'd love a frag of it sometime when you do frag it.
