Let me pick your brain again, This guy has a hard shell. It’s kinda like a stomatella snail but instead of tail hanging out, the head pops out in front.
I cant find any Elysia that look like this, but I am likely missing it. I’m googling so hard but just can’t find it.

Thanks @taricha I’m searching, the head really does look like a sea hare or sea slug. I just don’t see any with shell like this.
I have some more pics. I flipped it over and it looks like this.

when it turned back over and started moving, it leaves a slime coat behind
