Wanting to debate between two pp4’s or a single pp8. Upgrading tank and equipment from a 30g with maxi jets. Never had a wavemaker. Which should I get.

Start with one PP-8. You might end up adding a second. PP-4s are really best for small tanks. Even at max power the OW-10 I have (the newest jebao version, but the same size) is much, much less powerful than the Tunze 6025 I have opposite it.

I want tunze but for rn I’m trying to secs a few pennies. So the single 8 would be fine atleast for now.
