So. I can't get a hold of a skimmer off here in time, i was looking at either a reef octopus classic 150 or the ice cap k1-160. Online it says they're both rated for 120-210g. Which is better? Or are they both good?
Also, my tank has been getting a bit cloudy. I do water changes every week. Is it a bacterial bloom? I'm getting a test kit this week as well. My whole system or mosy it is used .and I was looking at my current skimmer, it's one of those seaclone ones .it's only rated for 50g. Could this also be a cause for cloudy water?

A FTS will help a lot.

The skimmer will not be the cause of your bacterial bloom, if it is one.

Used equipment is just fine and a great way to get going.

Your skimmer may be fine for a while if your bio load is low. But if you really want some fish and corals you will want to upgrade.

My phone camera isn't all that great. It's also night time. But this is what it looks like now. Has a good bit of cloudiness

Reef Octopus is a good brand. I have had a couple in the past. Currently running the 150SSS on my 75g. It is over sized but I plan on a full tank of sps and fish. The 110 may be better suited for you if you dont plan to have a heavy bio load. Sounds like you are new to saltwater so I would recommend starting with a light bio load and learn. Cloudy water is most likely a bactieral bloom and it will clear up on its own so just let it ride.

Thank you! :)
Yeah, I've always only had freshwater tanks .(currently have 5). So kinds learning this saltwater thing as i go. I plan on a bashsea sump next week too . Will a reef octopus fit in the 30x10x14 sump?
