I think you'll be ok. I would just be cautious with the eel. They can be aggressive, and depending on the tank size, I think the eel might be too large for that tank size unless you are starting it off small and are planning to get a larger tank in the future to put him in as he grows. Just check and make sure the other smaller fish you are adding with it, if you ultimately decide to do so, will not be eaten by it. I would start off by adding snails, cleaner/peppermint shrimp, hermit crabs, urchin, some type of cleaning crew before adding fish if it's currently empty.

If you’re putting a moray in, I’d forget about inverts except for snails and hermits. Just expensive snacks.
Ideally the eel should have a bigger tank though. I’ve seen some big ones and I couldn’t imagine one in less than a 125 imo.
The tang is gonna be tight. They need a lot of swimming room and grazing room, I’d also pass on them. Look into a fox face, they are a close relative.
Everything else is good, and I’d also recommend throwing a royal gramma in - one of the most beautiful fish out there imo.
And QUARANTINE everything! Last thing you want is another velvet infection.

Going through full QT on each fish. I am planning to upgrade to 90-125g by November

should I add the snowflake before all fish during the fallow ? - I would be getting a baby snowflake

I think I would add the fish first. If you add the eel first, I think it might try to claim kingdom to the aquarium. I don't have any experience owning an eel, but I believe that if you add it first, it might feel others are invading his home. If I'm mistaken, someone can correct me on that, but that's just my opinion.

I agree, best to add the eel last.
If you are getting the eel, I wouldn’t get any fish that can fit in its mouth - so I’d pass on the clowns and the gramma I mentioned.

I wouldn’t be getting tiny clowns, some have kept clowns with the eels and said it was fine. My ONLY concern is my cleaner wrasse

I would think the wrasse would be fine, largely due to its cleaning nature.
If doing clowns, go for bigger guys like maroons. An 18+ inch eel can easily kill a 4 inch clown.

Considering my tank size and fish stock list, I think I can get away with bigger clowns . And a small snowflake

I know that won't change the eating habits, but it is good to know that it will be moved as it grows, and it will be easier to make adjustments at that time, once the feeding has been established.

Wouldn’t you think if I feed well , twice a day and well. It shouldn’t go on a fish frenzy in a 100-125g?

I wouldn't think it would, but we're just suggesting to just err on the side of caution. I'm sure he will be fine, we just don't want you to lose any fish. That's all

That will help curb its diet, but won’t eliminate the risk. Snowflakes are primarily invert eaters, but a small fish is a small fish.
It can work out, but I wouldn’t recommend the mix either.

That would be a lot safer. They are pretty much harmless except to really small fish if I’m correct.
Fun fact is they are not a goby or blenny, but actually a relative to cichlids.
