I'm still torn between the aquactinics 5x54 and the nova extreme pro 6x54. Both around the same price range, 350-380...

The nova's reflector is one peice of metal bent to individual reflectors, which is pretty inovative...
The only cons on each fixture is the bulbs. The nova comes with 6 bulbs, but i would only use half, while the aquaactincs doesnt come with any. hmmm, decisions...decisions....

The bulbs that come with the Nova would be almost an equal swap right? I mean you would have to replace 3 of them at least right off the bat, and for the Aquatinics you would need to buy 5, so only 2 more. That could be as little as $25 difference based on what bulbs you choose.

Yup true. I'm just going to base it off of which ballasts their using at this point. I need to get some info on that. All seem well crafted by the reviews i've read and did the job with sps.
