75G tank for sale + more

I have a 75 gallon tank for sale with:

Stand and canopy
2 175w metal halide 14k Artemis bulbs + ballast
2 actinic t5s
Overflow box
Sump and sump stand (black stand on the side of the tank
Instant ocean 100 protein skimmer
And some other miscellaneous items..

Selling all together for 400 OBO.

I need to sell it before April 1st.. The only thing needed for the setup to run is a return pump and power heads..

Is it reef ready? How much for just the tank?

What are the details on the sump. I have been looking for one. Plus this might mean you could part everything out.

I believe the over flow box means it is not reef ready

Yes, I'm willing to part it out..

The canopy also comes with a LED strip that was used as moonlights.

Sump is an acrylic, I believe between 10-20 gallons sump, with 3 divisions (skimmer and water intake - fuge - water reservoir for return pump). It also has a bubble trap built in). I don't know the specific size because I'm selling this for a friend that moved out of town. I'll reply back as soon as I get specifics.

And the tank is not reef ready, but it comes with overflow box and u tube.
