75g tempered

I bought a 75g maybe 2 years ago with the intent of keeping discus.
However i got bitten by the saltwater bug. The tank is sadly tempered on all sides. Im not sure if i should sell it or wip it together into a frag tank. Or do they sell 75g tanks at petco that are not tempered that i could possibly trade. The tank is brand new and still has the stickers on it. I think its aqueoun branded. If so how much do brand new 75g go for i bought it for i think 180$. I dont really want to go with a hang on the back overflow.

alot of the time they use tempered glass on the bottoms or some of the sides. I believe as a safety measure they use put the tempered sicker on the tank.

are you 100% sure the back is tempered? look up the polarized sun glass trick and test for your self.

Mine is a Marineland from Petsmart and only the bottom is tempered. The test is easy. I did it and then I drilled it.

I checked all four with the a laptop and polarized sunglasses. I was never intending to have it saltwater. Ill check it one more time. If not ill maybe trade it or sell it.

I didnt realize until now but it says on one pane its engraved that it is tempered.

I knew the bottom was tempered so I looked at it first. Then I knew what to look for and had confidence in the test. The glasses have to be polarized.
