8 gallon stocking

Do you guys think this is an over stocked tank for an 8 gallon?
-5 sexy shrimp
-3-4 rock flower nems
-possibly a clown goby?

Should be fine. . . as long as clown gobies are shrimp safe, I assume they are don't know enough about them to say for sure. Know that clown gobies can eat SPS polpys.
