Hey all,

With adding 2 or 3 females should one turn to male?

Eventually, yes. In fact, it's highly likely that all three will transition at some point. Better to choose males from different species within the same genus (in this case, Cirrhilabrus).

Agree completely, except in this case Paracheilinus.
 
Yes, more than likely.
Though 8 lines can grow to get quite chunky and they're more ornery than their other wrasse brethren
