Sure, placed on the bottom. I run AI Hydra 26's, mostly blues with peak intensity for 4 hrs at 50% on the blues and 17% on whites with various other flavors mixed in (low). another 4 hrs before and 3.5 hrs after at about 35% on the blues, 5% whites and various others. Lights are about 14" AWL.

What size tank/how many lights? I run a single 26 hd over a 50 cube. Blues around 80-95% throughout the day, whites 15-20%
