Putting the stainless doors on later so more pics to follow..... of course we will take it apart again when the plumbing starts.....hmmmm thinking maybe I will do a time lapse when we break it down and reassemble [emoji12][emoji225][emoji226]

I still can't get over the sheer size of that tank.

It's massive!! It's going to look so good when you are all done with it!! I can't wait to see how this comes along! :)

That tank is just ridiculous!

Beautiful aquarium!

FWIW these work great in tall tanks and will give you better reach. I've used same unit in SW for 2.5 years without much corrosion... and they're very affordable :)

More updates to share!! We finished plumbing now for the rest of it! Of course we still need more live rock, a refugium, and hook up the ginormous bubble king skimmer, then add current fish swimming around in the quarantine tank just waiting their turn!!!

Lol YES concrete and load bearing wall first floor!!!! We want to watch our fishes geow huge so we are getting them as teeny tiny as possible[emoji23]

What's the gameplan for stocking it?

Well we have 4 clownfish while the tank is cycling per Fish Gallery (who we bought the tank from) suggested. Our current smaller tank has a blue jaw trigger, yellow angel, 2 blue damsels, a tiny so cute clown trigger, porcupine puffer, and 2 pajama fish......we will move them to the big tank when we are for sure its safe! Plan on starting a 110 gallon refugium soon, but fish only no corals in the big tank! Quarantine tank is about 75 gallons.......

I can't imagine trying to fill a monster like that with corals. It would take me a lifetime. The 75g would be easier to fill and probably more manageable for water changes, parameters, etc.

No corals for us, fish only[emoji225][emoji225][emoji225][emoji225]your very correct in saying it would be extremely difficult to maintain parameters!!

Yes lots actually! Not sure if all linked to this thread....new to Tapatalk!

Just picked up my chaeto(spelling?) and extra copepods for the new refugium! So excited to see these little things in action! All 53 mangroves still green and looking normal, well from what I can google is "normal" lol! Pics to follow when i get home!
