Hoping for some input on this rockwork which is a large piece and smaller island. I tried to make the island flow to the larger piece but now I'm thinking it's too wide. I wanted monticaps on the left shelf, sps in middle, and the rest of the lower parts will be entrusting LPS.

Island will be yellow zoas

Even with the low waterline you think it's high? Water will be another 3 inches higher or so when I hook the sump up

I love the design. Thinking from my own experience and the monster I built in my own tank two years ago, maybe it's just the pictures but It might be a bit large? My thoughts go to coral growth and I kinda wish I had a little more room for growth in my own tank. It's awesome for biological filtration though

I didn't notice the waterline, so hight seems ok to me, it might still be close to the sides?

I see the vision and I think you used your space well. The only part that doesn't fit is below. The point upwards to the right, I don't see it. Not event with coral on it. More importantly, and it could be the photo, but the rock circled is a larger scale, like base rock, and it seems perched on a smaller, weak joint. Would you see something like that naturally? Not sure.

Honestly I had the same thought. If I get rid of the right upper tip, and the large rock in your circle I could center the rock a bit more in the tank. Here is a Pic of that side
