82gph enough flow for 3g?

Hello, quick question. Is 82gph enough flow for an entire pico 3g? It would be all from the return pump. I could upgrade down the road if I need to. I plan on just keeping some Zoas and acans. Thank you in advance.

For those will probably be enough. I have a 4g with 260gph and it is very defused bought a RFG to put on it as well.

I could just get a better pump. How much gph should I shoot for if I’m trying to keep Zoas and acans?

Im gonna use a sicce 0.5 for return and a jaebo slw 5 pump in my 3gal. If i need a bigger return pump i will just get a bigger sicce.
