I've had my tank up and running for about 10 months now, 9 of which I have had these ZOAs in it. I have before and after pictures below of a few of the standouts in the tank. I have a few that are growing much faster than these, but I have relegated them to "Invasive Island" (I'm looking at you button polyps and spirit palys!). In any case, here are a few of the standout winners from the "desirable category. I really hope things continue to grow at a geometric rate and things continue to double in size every 2 0r 3 months. I don't know for sure what the two on the bottom are, but have included the order list I originally stocked the tank with. Thanks and happy reefing!

dang, that's an insane growth rate! Well done!!

What do you keep your nutrients at?

What’s the one in the middle of the picture. I have the same ones and they’re awesome. I never knew what they were called.

To be honest... I have no idea. I was feeding the corals the first few weeks I had them, but it's now more like once a month. I was testing for Nitrates/Nitrites, but havn't detected anything since I set it up, I need to do it again. I've been fighting algae big time and doing manual removal so I'm assuming there is plenty to fuel coral growth. Of the 25 or so corals listed there, 20ish are left. Most are growing steadily but a few just didn't take. My initial plan was to get a wide variety of zoas and see what took. This has been successful. My "Invasive island (lower left of picture)" has been covered in button polyps and specter platys. The other polyps are pretty much all growing, but have only maybe doubled in size. I'm at the point where I don't want to upset anything so am going to stick with just water changes for a while. I tried dosing a few things and then had the Cyano/algae outbreaks.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I bought them off of FISHNREEF.com and the total list of zoas in the tank is off of that list. I think they are "agent orange" but I am not 100%.
