After two two years of trying to upgrading my 75 gallon to a 90 I finally got around to re-aquascaping, but I am terrible at it. I need something in the middle, but I am not sure what to put there, if I should move the structures around differently? Any input would be helpful.

I like this last picture, maybe move the pieces on the right to the middle and make it cascade in a way that the height drops from left to right, this way, you can have several options on placement.

I'd get rid of whatever turf algae took over before I moved any of it into new DT.

I didn’t specify that the first picture was the old 75 gal. I finally won that algae battle, but it has taken 15 years. The other pictures are the 90 gal with the cleaned rock. I have plenty more rock and I am thinking a small branching column in the middle against the glass. I will have to hack saw the rock so it has a flat back. Looking back I should have bought the 125gal for the extra 4 inches front to back. 4 inches doesn’t seem like a lot but I think it would have make a big difference.

I ended up adding a smaller structure to the center, but i still might move the left and right structured in closer. Or i will probably and a couple of small rocks in front of the spaces to the left and right of the middle structure to fill in the gaps, but more toward the front. The middle stucture has a left to right swim through arch.

Wow love this

Found these still alive under a rock. I thought i lost them years ago. They also were always brown, but they look good now.
