90 gallon new tank build Sump Selection

just a heads up. there is a new rock stacking product just saw at reefaplooza its called stax by 2 little fishes. a new concept can actually have mass but less weight.

I also ordered a Jebao DC 5000 done tech silent pump for my return, and a Tunze Nano ATO. Also got most of the plumbing supplies. I also have 90 lbs of Marco rock just waiting to get wet. All that's left to be up and running is deciding on a salt mix to use and saving for lights. I should give thanks to Gary at the LFS I was working with for his work on my sump. His store is really doing things right with a complete quaritine system and everything.

Just looked at the video for the Stax. This might be something I can do with my dry rock I bought which would make it easier to creat the aquascape I want. Hmmm!

Hey everyone! Time for an update on my tank build. So far I have the tank (90 gal. 48 inches long) the stand the sump the return pump rock heater, ato, gyre, and just ordered an upgrade kit for my rodi unit and a seneye monitor. Next up is lights. Looking to keep it around $1200 Canadian. What are some of your thoughts. Don't want to cheap out. I am thinking led. Low end is the evergrow lights. Also debating Kessil x 2 a360. Or to radion 15's. Going to be a mixed reef with sos near the top. Open to comments or suggestions
