Hello !! Writing to let everyone know that I am upgrading from my 32 gallon biocube to a 90 gallon.
I have attached a day two picture. Yesterday it was so cloudy you could not see the rocks. My success with the 32 gallon biocube was partially due to all of the help that I received on Reef2Reef. I will keep you posted! I am running a sump with bioballs for now and I have a HD prime light that I have not mounted. I will be ordering another one and I have a blue truelumen strip. I want to make sure my light is adequate. The people who set it up are coming back in a week to put a valve on the pump because it is very strong (not sure of the name of the pump). I have about 40 lbs of rock from my biocube that I will be adding. They are building me glass covers .Excited!!

Congrats on the upgrade! I'm also upgrading. Haven't got water in it yet but it'll be going before long. Looking at your pics the first thing that got my attention was the light pouring in from the window. It may cause excessive algae growth.

Good luck with upgrade!

Nice big upgrade! Congratulations!

Yes, I agree with you. I am going to have to do something about that window. That was the only location that it would fit. What types of lights are you going to use with your tank?. The lights are my challenge.

My 120 is going to be fish only so lighting is not anything that needs support coral growth. I've got a 4 bulb 36" T5 HO fixture from a previous tank that should give plenty of light for viewing.
