You would need an air pump. You install a t, one end is left open, the other end is attached to the ozonizer with a roughly 200-250 l/hr air pump. The t lets any surplus escape and lets excess in. The ozone dose needs to be low. Keep in mind ozone is dangerous and a skimmer tends to be a mediocre reactor, this would only provide clarity and not sterilization or a major redox gain, for that you need ideally a dedicated pressurized reactor.
