Okay, so I currently have a 90g tank I've been setting up and I have it cycling. It's been cycling since august 8, I added 1 cup of live sand from my old tank running for 1 1/2 years, and about one or two pounds of live rock I had left over from that tank. Today, I "ghost fed", a large table shrimp. My two questions are

1: is there anything else I can do to make the cycle not only happen faster, but also the correct time frame.

2. Can I move over all my live rock with corals and fish in the same day, once the cycle is fully complete? Before I've done this but I don't want to lose my fish I've had for awhile now, so I want to make sure.

Waiting for a certain time frame isn't a problem, but I want to know when around the best time would be and if I can do anything to speed it up and or make it happen in a better way

You could have moved everything over before really. I've setup a new tank with existing livestock. If you put your existing LR with coral on it, there should be no real spike. If you have new rock, you will see diatom bloom and possibly some cyano.

So when I get home should I just move everything over? I can even do a large water change. I just don't what route is easiest

I thought that my live rock would be good since it's very seeded with bacteria and such. I think it's the correct route to take. All I need is some opinions. Have about 50 pounds of live rock that have been in my tank for over a year, and I'm gonna buy about 30 more pounds. Think I could get it heated to the perfect temp and move over my four fish and about 25 corals? And should I do a water change with existing tank water?

I would have water on hand, drain whatever you need to for the amount of rock you're putting in. Make sure you have carbon and plenty of flow on board. I have moved several times due to being in the Army and every time I do it, I'll set a tank up using my old rock and sand. I usually put the sand in first and let it settle for a couple of days. I keep the rock, coral, and fish in totes. I have done it before where I put the rock in then the sand to fill around the rocks. I usually wash the sand in RODI if I do it that way.

I already put the new live sand in, is that okay you think? Any pics of your current setup?

Yeah, you should be fine. I would throw it all in, run carbon, watch how much you feed so you don't get an algae outbreak, and run carbon in case you stir anything up.
