I need to remove my sump from my 90gal pine stand. I have to remove the front center support. Has anyone had to do this? If so how did you support it?

I don't know if I'd just go cutting that stand. They are engineered to hold the weight with all supports in place. No idea what will happen if you just go cutting. If you do what melev did to remove it and put it back in, just be sure to put the 2x4s on end instead as they will hold more weight that way. Seems like a good idea, but I don't think I'd try it.

I did what Melev did on my 125 and it worked. What I did in addition to that was drain a lot of the water out. As mentioned above, add a 2x4 or 2 on the end to help with the support.

Here is a picture of my current setup. I would think I need to support the center or aleast the edges.

I think the way Melev did his is what I will do except put the 2x4 on end more strength.
