93 gal cube rock scape ideas.

I will be redoing my cubes scape before to long. I'm lookin for some cool ideas. Please share any size cube scapes for some more ideas and designs on this thread.

my two favorite cube scapes are a singular center island or the bonsai look. the single center island should somewhat immitate a large seamount, possibly even breaking the surface, IMO this gives a very natural look as it is common for seamounts to hold vastly diverse amounts of sea life. for the bonsai look it would also stem from a single island per say, but instead of being in the center, start it from a corner and build it up and out with dramatic overhangs, something about the shadows large overhangs create that make corals stand out just that much more. just my $.02!

ive been wanting to scape one of these myself. ive had a few ideas, id go for the more intricate type of scape. like my 20g elos but on a larger scale.

I went with the horseshoe layout because it gives a lot of surface area for corals as well as room on the sand bed for LPS. Pardon the lack of coral, just added my fish this week.

Thanks for all the input everyone. Those all look good. That valley look is really cool. Right now I basically have a big rock island in the middle. I need a little more sand bed room and a little more coral area on the rock surfaces. What size tank is that impur?

This is good but could be much better IMO if the peaks were significantly different heights, and the side with the shorter peak had a bit shorter length. In short, less symmetrical.

This was one of my 1st scape attempts on my 55g cube

This is another one other ideas I was looking at

the one I ended up going with more of a island like structure with a lot of open space along with caves and overhangs similar to the 2nd pic but more open

One thing about doing a cube is they are usually viewed from 3 sides so they need to look good from the sides also.....

I like a simplistic curve and plenty of dead space for fish to swim and corals to grow up and expand out. Colonies need more than a few inches and I also like a lot of sand for lps so here's my simple setup.
