93 Gal Rimless Marineland Cube

The time has finally come!!!! I'm part of Club Cube!!!

I recently won a 93 rimless cube from Marineland at the L.E.A.R. FragSwap! I was going to hold off on setting it up but I was at a fragswap, I could buy all the items i needed to set this tank up so I said screw it lets do this.

My girlfriend hit up our favorite clown fish breeder Booyah's Reef and picked out 2 amazing clowns. Here they are in an acclimation box in my 120. (sorry these pictures are from my cell phone will get better pics soon)

So after I got the tank back to my house I started the plumbing process. This took alot longer than i would of liked it to take but hey its finally done!

To save time i just plumbed it in the same sump as my 120. Once the tank was up for awhile i tossed some black sand in there and added my 2 baby clowns, and a bubble tip anemone:

For lights the tank came with some marineland LED's but I'm switching them out for the Ocean Revive Arctic-T247. I was lucky enough to snag one up from their second release which sold out QUICK!!

The light should be arriving today I cant wait to set it up.

nice that what i want a cube 60 or 93 not sure yet what i want but def know a cube is my next tank so be watching your build

Very nice! I fell in love with the 93 cube and might pick it up this weekend. Just trying to decide in the lighting I want. Do you have the marineland stand? If so, how does it look?

yeah this came with the marineland stand.The stand looks very nice but to be completley honest its scary haha. I mean marineland swears up and down these stands are built to last but im skeptical. I mean to keep the lifetime warranty (i believe) you have to use one of their stands so i figured screw it ill use the stand and see what happens. so far so good

For example on the bottom of the tank instead of seeing the floor there is a piece of wood to cover it. Well when working under the tank to plumb it i had to pretty much lay on it and it doesnt seem very sturdy. But hey they say it will work so im going with it.

When i move i will most likley build a new stand for it but (for whatever reason) i had to set it up now lol so i just used their stand.

YESSSSSSSSS the lights came in!!!!!!

Lights come with hooks, cables, remote, and 1 power cable

Tank looks GREAT!!!

I kinda setup the lights toward the back of the tank so i have it tilted up until i can move it

For you guys trying to decide on a 60 or the 93, just do it! Get the 93. I have the 60 and wish I went with the 93. The funny thing is I built my stand that will support the 93. :sad:

Man i love those Jebao pumps def worth the money same with the Arctic-T247 LED Def worth it by ocean revive. heres the wp40 in my 93 gal. PLEASE NOTE the K3 is not turned on.

Alright I was going to go with a pre-made rock structure but the maker never got back to me.

After looking around i was really really inspired with crazy4acros cube tank. I really wanted to make something like this but soon learned aquascaping is a pain in the _ _ _ :

After planing some things My Girlfriend and I hit the local reef store. They had a nice selection of rock and she really came up with the following:
